Privacy policy

VGS Intel is provided by Vanshara Global Solutions Private Limited, M-1/6, Upper Ground Floor, Model Town 3rd, Delhi 110009, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your choices.

Two kinds of data

• Your account data: the names, work email addresses and settings of people who use VGS Intel. We are the controller of this data.
• Your workspace data: the companies, contacts, notes and emails your team stores or sends with VGS Intel. Your organisation is the controller; we process it only to provide the service, on your instructions.

What we use it for

• To run the service: sign-in, your workspace, sending the emails you ask us to send, and detecting replies and bounces to them.
• To keep it secure: rate limits, audit logs and investigating misuse.
• To contact you about your account, such as password resets, invitations and service notices.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace data to train AI models.

Where it is stored

VGS Intel runs on Microsoft Azure in the Central India region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, secrets are kept in Azure Key Vault, and each organisation’s data is isolated at the database level.

Service providers

• Microsoft (Azure hosting, and Microsoft 365 when you connect a mailbox)
• Anthropic (AI email writing: the draft you choose to improve is sent for rewriting)
• Job-board data providers (public job postings used for hiring signals)
• Apollo, only if your organisation connects its own Apollo account for enrichment

Emails sent through VGS Intel

Outreach emails include the sender’s company name, postal address and an unsubscribe link. When someone unsubscribes, their address is added to the sending organisation’s suppression list and no further outreach is sent to it from that workspace.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account is active. Workspace data is kept until your organisation deletes it or closes its account, after which it is deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. If you received an email sent through VGS Intel, contact the company that sent it, or us, and we will pass your request on. Write to compliance@vansharaglobal.com.
