Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of VGS Intel, provided by Vanshara Global Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

Your workspace

The person who signs up becomes the workspace administrator and is responsible for who they invite. Keep your password safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.

Free trial and plans

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are priced per active user as shown on the pricing page. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of any plan until they are released.

Acceptable use

• Send outreach only in line with the anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to you and your recipients.
• Do not remove or hide the unsubscribe link or sender details that VGS Intel adds to outreach emails.
• Do not upload data you have no right to use, or try to access another organisation’s data.
• Do not use VGS Intel to send deceptive, harassing or unlawful messages.

We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts other customers’ email delivery at risk.

Your data

Your workspace data belongs to your organisation. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Third-party services

Some features rely on services you connect, such as your email provider or an Apollo account. Their own terms apply, and their availability is outside our control.

Availability and liability

We work to keep VGS Intel available and secure but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
